Chrisen Realty Corporation Ltd. was engaged to develop and complete a strategic leasing and marketing program for the implementation of the redevelopment plan of Mayfield Common in Edmonton, Alberta, in 1989/1990.

The redevelopment included the demolition of the old “Centennial Mall” and the creation of Canada’s first Power Centre renamed to Mayfield Common.
