We were responsible for the successful completion of the first three Save-On Foods stores in the City of Edmonton; which started their entry to the Alberta market. One of their flagship stores was in the newly constructed Kingsway Centre.

Chrisen Realty was engaged to develop and complete a strategic leasing and marketing program for the implementation of the redevelopment of Londonderry Mall in 1989/1990.


MAYFIELD COMMON

Our firm was responsible for the redevelopment plan for this site. The redevelopment included the demolition of the old "Centennial Mall" and the creation of Canada's first Power Centre renamed to Mayfield Common.
